Service Description

Haddie & Trilby’s “Real Bread in a Day” is the ultimate experience for the novice or experienced home baker. Our experienced bakers will walk you through a comprehensive education in baking techniques in a fun, exciting, relaxed and always hands-on classroom. During this six-hour class you will learn how to make a coveted sourdough starter that you can keep for a lifetime. As well as Haddie & Trilby bread favourites like sourdough, interesting yeasted breads, focaccia, soda bread, flat breads and more! You’ll leave this intensive course with a full belly, suitcase full of bread, and all the knowledge you will need to begin or continue your love affair with bread. No matter your baking level, this course will offer you a fun and interactive opportunity to deepen your love and understanding of this beautiful food staple. What you will get:- Welcome breakfast Tea’s and coffees throughout the day. Light bakers lunch. Lots of your own bread to take away. Your own sourdough starter. Recipe booklet. You will learn how to make sourdough starter, sourdough, interesting yeasted breads, focaccia, soda bread, flat breads & more.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that there will be circumstances whereby you will need to cancel your booking or change the date.   Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the start of a course will be refunded. Alternatively you may transfer to another date free of charge.   Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the start of a course are non-refundable and non-transferable, the only exception being if we are able to refill your place. If we are able to do so a full refund will be given, or you may transfer to another date.
