Our own house made sausages with walnut, wild mushroom, lentil, hot smoked paprika, za'atar, onion, chestnut, egg and gov bread.  

We roll this up in croissant dough with a chunk of feta crumbled, local sorrel torn on top, a sausage roll it could be called.  Warning, may fool carnivores!
