Food waste

Haddie & Trilby work very hard to produce as little food waste as possible. If we have any leftovers we work with three local charities to redistribute the food to those who need it.

And then there's 'dodgy bread'... If you come in at the end of the day and all the loaves have been sold we don't want you to walk away empty handed. So we give you - for free - some dodgy bread; a half loaf, a misshapen one, or an experimental flavour. And in return we ask you to donate some money to that month's chosen charity.
